Return and Refund Policy:

Replacement and refund are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products we offer in our store.

All products displayed on our store are eligible for the return and refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still sealed in its original packaging.

Refunds can be requested within three (3) days, and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us through the 'Contact Us' page or our phone numbers to request a refund or replacement.

Please take pictures of the product and send them along with the city, address, and order number for it to be replaced with another product if it is spoiled, defective, or not used as agreed upon.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is entirely different from the product description on our website.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

A deduction of 30 percent or a value not less than 25 Dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product, and there is no defect or significant issue."
