When will I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping company selected for the delivery, as they are responsible for the shipping process. We work with several shipping providers in major cities, and typically, it takes one to three days from the order placement and confirmation.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies provide delivery within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. If you wish to have delivery outside the country, you can contact our store team through WhatsApp for information about the product's weight, international shipping agent pricing, and arrangements, which are not currently registered on the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. If there is a manufacturing defect and we agree on the return, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping cost to the customer will be calculated, but the product's value will not be charged to the customer, in accordance with our return policy.

Can I get a discount for ordering large quantities?
